As a Madison business, we realize that our property owners, vendors and residents are not only our valued partners but are also our family, friends and neighbors. It is a vital part of our philosophy to give back to the community that continues to help us grow and improve. See some of our recent projects below:
MPM staff donned our denim to join in an important message against sexual assault. Donations were also collected for one of the Denim Day sponsors, Domestic Abuse Intervention Services.

We were excited to participate yet again in the Second Harvest Foodbank’s Hunger Action Month Food Drive this September. The goal of this food drive is eliminate hunger and provide assistance to families in need throughout south central Wisconsin. MPM staff alone contributed over $300 and 85lbs of food, which we were told is enough to provide 1040 meals to the fight against hunger! We look forward to the next Second Harvest Foodbank food drive in November and will be including residents in this upcoming event.

MPM went pink for the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk this October. Our staff was at it again fundraising and donating in exchange for a few casual Fridays! We would like to thank our employees for all of their hard work and generosity, as collectively, they contributed over $1000 to the fight against Breast Cancer. The walk was a great success! We were touched by the stories of the breast cancer survivors and walked in honor of our friends, family, and neighbors whose lives have been affected by Breast Cancer in one way or another. Our furry teammates even donned their pink apparel for the big day.
